What are the purchase options ?

One-time purchase : A one-off purchase that allows you to receive a single box.

Subscription : A no-obligation offer that is automatically renewed each month. The 1st box is sent immediately and is renewed on the 1st of each month with a 14-day difference.

Example 1: I order on 5 January, my 1st box is sent immediately and the renewal takes place on 1 February.

Example 2: I order on 20 January, my 1st box is sent immediately and the renewal takes place on 1 March.

What are the advantages of subscribing ?

When do I receive my box ?

We carefully prepare your box and dispatch it within 4 to 7 days maximum. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the box is dispatched.

How do I pause or cancel my subscription ?

As soon as you have placed your order and created your customer account, you can manage your subscription independently (pause, cancel) from your personal space in the "Manage my subscription" section.
